Event Planning & War Memorial Chapel Early Bird reservation requests

The Event Planning Office and War Memorial Chapel would like to extend an opportunity for organizations to reserve locations for meetings and promotions for the 2014-2015 academic year. Requests may be submitted through GobblerConnect.vt.edu. Organizations will be permitted to request up to three (3) reservations in order to help get started with business for the 2014-2015 school year.  Additional reservations for the 2014-2015 may be requested on August 18, 2014 once the new academic year has begun.

Early Bird Reservation Requests will be accepted during a one week period beginning Monday, April 28 and ending Friday, May 2.
