Overview

Event Planning, located on the second floor of Squires Student Center room 221, is the place to go to plan an event in and around one of the student centers on campus. Reservation requests are taken for venues in the following facilities: Squires Student Center, Johnston Student Center, Burruss Hall Auditorium, the Graduate Life Center, and various outdoor locations. In addition, requests are taken for advertising locations, such as: banners, A-Frame display spots, and display cases inside Squires Student Center.
