Meeting Space

Johnston Student Center also provides multiple meeting places that can be reserved. To reserve a room call Event Planning at 540-231-5005. Johnston Student Center now gives you the ability to reserve the facility or individual floors for private reservations on Saturday’s and under special circumstances other days.

South Lounge

Although not enclosed, the JSC South Lounge is a great place to meet with your friends. It has couches, chairs, tables, and a great view.

North Lounge

Located on the third floor of Johnston Student Center, this lounge can seat approximately 25 and is reservable during business hours. Ideal for smaller groups, this room has sofas, chairs, and a beautiful view of the Appalachian mountains.

JSC 100/102/104:

This is the largest reservable space in Johnston Student Center. Arranged with tablet armchairs, this classroom can seat 88 and can be reserved on the weekends and after 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

JSC 304

Has 40 lecture chairs, multiple white board space and can be reserved during the day for meetings, information sessions and other events.
